The Altadena Christian Children’s Center hosts "Bow Ties and Bubbles: It Takes a Community," on Fri., May 14 at the Pasadena Senior Center, 85 E. Holly Street, Pasadena, starting at 6 PM.

The fundraising event will honor Community Partnership Award winner Joe Wyatt.  Wyatt and his wife Marge have generously supported many non-profit organizations in the community, especially those that focus on services to children and education. He has served on several boards, including the Board of Trustees of Pacific Oaks College and the California State Personnel Board.

The event includes a silent auction, hors d'oeuvres and libations catered by the Kitchen for Exploring Foods, topping off the evening with music and dancing.

Tickets begin at  $50 per person. Other sponsorship opportunities are available. All proceeds benefit Altadena Christian Children’s Center.
