Altadenablog has passed a a couple of significant milestones today — 1,500 entries and 100,000 page views since our debut in October 2007. 

We thank our advertisers, who help us make it better (if people are throwing good money after you, you're under obligation to make it worth their while!)  We thank all our partner correspondents, who are the eyes and ears of life here in the neighborhoods and are so good about getting us the news we inevitably miss.

And we thank our readers, who have made this a part of life in Altadena.

We will continue to strive to improve it and make it more useful for the residents of our sometimes strange and wonderful community.
