Unbound Productions Co-Artistic Directors Jonathan Josephson, Paul Millet, and Jeff G. Rack have announced the line-up for the 2012 incarnation of the popular horror story adaptation series “Wicked Lit”  that will take place at Mountain View Mausoleum and Cemetery. The production will run from October 12-31,

I got a call today that someone had found Ninja (our black pitbull) and rushed home to get him. Sadly, still no calls about Samurai (our Newfoundland mix). He has a skin condition on his back and needs special care

Two Super Scooper firefighting aircraft and an Erickson Aircrane helitanker copter arrived in LA County on lease from Quebec, Canada, according to Supv. Michael D. Antonovich’s office.

 

Ready for fire season, the SuperScoopers can scoop up to 1,620 gallons of water from a lake in only 12 seconds, according to a press release from the supervisor’s office.

The Altadena-centric Arroyo Food Co-op — which has just gone over 500 members — celebrated in style Saturday, Aug. 11, with what it hopes is the first of several locavore dinners:  locavore in that most of the food came from local sources,
