Got a note from a resident complaining about a group of loud, fast motorcycles that go tearing across Loma Alta and turn down Lake at high speed, about 1:30 in the morning. Is this happening often enough to interest law enforcement? Are you a neighbor concerned about it? Let us (and CHP) know!

Loud motorcycles aren’t illegal. Fast? Has the complainant checked their speed?
My advice to the complainant: get some earplugs. You live in an urban area.
I’m tired of “law enforcement” in Altadena stopping drivers of all colors at night… often for no reason.

The biker also used to go up Canyon Crest Road at speeds of 30-50mph. So there! I have not heard him in the past month (Aug) though.
