The Pasadena Police Department has sent out a public notice that there is police activity "in the area of W. Washington Blvd between Sunset Ave and Glen Ave after receiving a report of a man with a handgun. "  The public is asked to avoid the area for now.

UPDATE:  Incident is over, all clear Monday afternoon.
