Tickets and sponsorship opportunities are still available for the annual fundraising benefit dinner for Mentoring & Partnership for Youth Development (MPYD), to be held April 13 at Brookside Golf Course in Pasadena.

This year’s keynote speaker will be Judge Victor Wright of the Los Angeles County Superior Court.  Master of ceremonies will be Cameron Turner.

This year’s honorees are:  The Vons/Safeway Foundation (Cardinal Paint Award); Helen Goodman (Volunteer Award); San Gabriel Valley National Council of Negro Women (Community Partner Award); Prof. Beverly Tate (Angel Award); and John Muir High School alum Miguel Reyes (Academic for Success Award).
