The family-owned Webster's complex at 2450 N. Lake Ave. is for sale, but has not been sold, according to the commercial property firm handling the shopping center.

Norm Sauve, a partner at Suave Riegel Commercial Real Estate, said that the property is on the market, but "it has not been sold and nothing can be disclosed."

Rumors have been circulating that the complex has a new owner, but Sauve denied that a sale had been closed at this time.  However, he didn't deny that a buyer was considering the property.  "That's all I can say" at the present time, Sauve said.
