“To Vote of Not to Vote: Turnout Challenges for 2012″ will be a panel discussion at the Crawford Family Forum, 474 S. Raymond Ave., Pasadena on Friday morning, Sept. 28, from 8:30-10 AM.  The forum is hosted by KPCC and the Pat Brown Institute.

Moderator of the discussion will be Frank Stoltze, KPCC’s crime and politics reporter.  The panel will be Scott Bowman (Chair, Political Science at California State University, Los Angeles); Kathay Feng (Executive Director, California Common Cause) ; Bill Wong (Bill Wong LLC Strategic Counsel); and Justin Levitt (Associate Professor, Loyola School of Law).

Doors open at 8 AM, and program begins at 8:30 AM.
