Tonight we’ll see a “blue moon,” which is the name for the second full moon in a calendar month.  Best time to see tonight’s is at 7:13 PM, as it rises.  The next one won’t be until July, 2015.

And when you see it, wink at it to honor Neil Armstrong, who was put to rest earlier today. Rene Lynch at the LA Times has a nice piece today.
