My husband and I found these two lovely male labrador dogs while hiking from Millard this morning, July 3. We found the dogs up near the Cape of Good Hope with collars but no tags. They are emaciated and were thirsty, but otherwise appear to be in good health. They are young, not neutered and very friendly. We have given them water and food and are taking them to the Baldwin Park Animal Shelter.
