Alvin Villaneva of Alpine Green says that residents can qualify for $8,500 in rebates for home upgrades, but they must apply by Dec. 14 to make the end-of-year cutoff date ($4,000 of the rebates will go away at the end of the year).
There will be another workshop at the Library on Jan. 10, 2012.
