The Altadena Town Council will hold its monthly meeting this coming Tues., Oct. 18, starting at 7 PM at the Altadena Community Center, 730 E. Altadena Dr.

A couple of highlights: Assemblyman Anthony Portantino will offer his State of the State address (and it should be a good one!); and the Altadena representatives on the Pasadena Unified School District redistricting committee will also give a report.

The new Business of the Month award will go to Webster’s Community Pharmacy and Webster’s Fine Stationers in CT 4601.

The council will also consider a replacement for the unexpired term of former councilmember Alice Wessen in CT 4603.02.
