Susan Nishizawa, a certified Hatha and Kundalini yoga teacher, Yoga Alliance member and Reiki Practitioner, his holding new yoga classes at the Sue B Dance Studio at 2525 N. Lake Ave.

The style is a combination of classical Hatha and Kundalini Yoga which involves postures (asanas), pranayama (breath work), mudras (hand positions), mantras (chanting), and meditations that will calm the mind, relax the body and increase your energy level.

The Hatha/Kundalini Yoga classes cover all levels and will be every Tuesday morning from 9-10:15 AM.  Come a little early to sign in and set up, and bring a yoga mat, blanket, and some water.  Cost is $12 per class, cash or checks only.
