Small fire near Loma Alta Park quickly dispatched

Firewatch bug Mike Levesque of the LA County Fire Dept. said that there was a small fire in the wash behind Loma Alta Park last night.  Firefighters were called at 8 PM, and had finished by 8:25.  Levesque said it was a “tree fire,” but cause is unknown.
