We know it’s a busy day in Altadena, so if you are out at the Millionaires Row Art Fest, or have just rumbled through the E-waste collection drop off at Eliot, or just finished being surveyed by by Sheriff Deputies, please come by Farnsworth to Relay for Life.  We’ll be there from Saturday at 9 AM until Sunday at 9 AM. The  highlight of the Relay is the Luminare Ceremony at 9 PM, with hundreds of candle lit  luminaria and bagpipe music.

Our volunteer committee has lined up a jam packed program of local musical talent, fun and games, great catered food for those that raise $100, Movies til Dawn, even karaoke! midnight snack, pancake breakfast, etc.  The Highlight of the Relay is the Luminare Ceremony at 9 pm Saturday, typically the largest crowd, and that’s a great time to ask friends and family to come see the almost 1,000 candlelit luminaria and hear some bagpipe music.

A courtesy suggestion – if you are not signed up, we encourage and strongly suggest you do online registration. All attendees, even walkups, must be registered per American Cancer Society guidelines.
