The free festival, sponsored by the Los Angeles County Dept. of Parks and Recreation along with Altadena artists and residents, includes music and performances on the amphitheater stage and art on display at the Davies Building.
Angie Calleros, recreation supervisor at Farnsworth Park, says that vendors will be selling crafts, artwork, T-shirts, plants, etc. Food vendors will be available, but families are encouraged to come out and picnic or grill for an afternoon at the park.
The artwork in the Upper Davies will be for sale and displayed for show. Bands and entertainment will go on throughout the event.
Performers include such local favorites as HB3, the Sundowners, Gwendolyn, and many others will take the stage during the afternoon and evening.
