Danny’s Farm has announced the date of its annual BBQ fundaiser: Sat., May 21. To make sure you get an invitation, send an email (subject “BBQ Invitation”) to dannysfarm@yahoo.com. Music, barbecue, silent auction, and the farm animals will all be there, with celebrity chairperson Alec Baldwin.
Bulgarini Gelato, 749 E. Altadena Dr. (in the back of the Rite Aid structure) has announced new winter hours: closed Mon.-Tues., Wed-Thurs. 1-8 PM, Fri. 1-10 PM, Sat. 11 AM-10 PM, Sun. 11 AM-8 PM.
The Altadena Chamber of Commerce monthly mixer will be on Thurs., Feb. 24, at the Altadena Golf Course, 1456 E. Mendocino St., 5:30-7:30 PM. Sponsored by DC Golf.
In addition to the Hahamongna Watershed Walkabout next Saturday, the Arroyo Seco Foundation is launching a petition drive asking for an environmental evaluation on the county’s plan to parade 300-400 trucks per day for three years as it clears out the sediment.
