Owner Rose West said that Curves has added Zumba Fitness sessions to its hydraulic machine-based circuit workout, which will work well at the larger location.
The new location of the local Curves was most recently Kat-Scrap Studio, and before that the location of Photography by Walt (which moved to a location two doors west).
Curves is open Mon., Wed., and Friday from 6 AM-12:30 PM and 3-8 PM; Tues./Thurs. from 7 AM to noon and 4 PM-7 PM; and Saturdays from 7-10 AM. Zumba sessions (at $2 per workout) are Mon. and Wed. at 9 and 9:30 AM; Tuesday at 6 and 6:30 PM; and Thur. at 5 and 5:30 PM. Phone number is 626-797-9177.
