Pasadena Weekly takes a few inches out of its outcall massage advertising to run another chapter in the saga of Irsie Henry vs. the neighbors.  An arrest warrant was issued for Henry Jan. 3 after he failed to appear in court to determine if he’d violated a restraining order.  According to the Weekly, Henry, 44, a black former LAPD officer, has a history of problems with mixed race couples in his Laurel Street neighborhood.
