A Superior Court judge in San Francisco is mulling over dropping conspiracy charges in the San Francisco Eight case (now down to seven defendants).  The SF 8, former members of the Black Liberation Army, are accused of killing San Francisco police officer John Young in 1971.  Altadenans Ray  Boudreaux, 65, and Henry Jones, 72, remain charged with murder in Young’s death.
