Cars vandalized overnight on Palm St. [UPDATED]

IMG_5252 About five cars were vandalized overnight on Palm St. between Lake and Santa Rosa.  Neighbors were already scrubbing off the gray spray paint at about 8:30 this morning.  They told Altadenablog they were also still waiting for a response from the sheriffs, who they say they called at about 6:30 AM.

UPDATE: Moving this up from the comments: reader victak says the tagging was even more extensive:

More cars were vandalized with the same gray paint on Las Flores between Santa Anita and Marengo, and I even saw one on Marathon just west of Marengo. Someone(s) took quite a stroll last evening.

I called the sheriff to report this, but they didn’t seem inclined to do anything until the car owners themselves called in.
