Arthur Pilavyan,33, of Altadena was sentenced Monday to 10 years in prison in a scheme that defrauded Medicare out of more than $7 million.  Pilavyan pleaded guilty to health care fraud, conspiracy, and money laundering for submitting fraudulent claims to Medicare.  Medicare’s Most Wanted website (warning! music!) has the details.
