Swazzle presents “River Otter Circus.”   The creative and popular Swazzle Puppets will present their Otter Circus show, “a series of the most astonishing feats by the best trained and greatest troupe of performing river otters, executing difficult tricks with ease, grace, and precision and cleverness.
