We've heard through some activists on the Foothill Municipal Water District parcel tax issue that there will be a board meeting tomorrow, Mon., March 22, starting at 8:30 AM at FMWD offices at 4536 Hampton Rd. in La Canada Flintridge. There is usually time for a short public comment during the meeting. Google map here:
