The Frysmith truck made its maiden voyage to Altadena tonight — not as crowded as previous upscale lunch trucks, but the reviews were good.

You want fries with that?
We got there just as the truck was pulling in. There was a small line. The Faire is all based on dishes of French Fries or Sweet Potato Fries. Probably not as healthy as the Kogi Truck but we were game.
First photo shows the exterior of the truck. They had a quiet generator mounted to the back which provided power.
Second photo shows the hard working cooks inside.
Third photo provides a rare look inside the inner workings of the Frysmith Truck. Fascinating.
And finally . . . Two satisfied customers, Matthew (a fellow weather enthusiast) and his wife Holly get ready to enjoy their meals.

This has really piqued my interest in the many different Lunch Trucks rolling around town. Bring ’em on!
