Santa Anas of about 24 mph with 50 mph gusts are forecast, with a drop in relative humidity, so it’s tinderbox time in these hills.
Bill says," Be alert for smoke or fire and report it immediately by dialing 911. Also be alert for suspicious persons in and around brush areas. Report any suspicious activity to the Sheriff’s Department on 626-798-1131 and Record descriptions of person(s) or vehicle(s) including license plate numbers if possible."
