The Christmas Tree Lane Association is planning a little something extra for the 89th annual tree lighting ceremony Dec. 12: an arts & crafts festival in the parking lot of the Altadena Library, 600 E. Mariposa, from 2-6 PM, followed by the lighting ceremony.  Any non-food vendor who wants to take part is welcome.  For more information, check out their website.
