This little news site crossed the 150,000 total page view threshold last Thurs., Aug. 20.  Today it crosses 160,000.  Our growth in the past two days is literally by magnitudes  — we had 247 page views on Aug. 9, our low day this month, 718 on Thursday, 1,712 on Friday, and already 3,600 by Saturday morning (Typepad starts counting at 0:00 Universal, or Greenwich Mean, time).  While it pleases us, it also means that there's an information gap out there, and with the help of all our contributors, we are filling it in the present crisis.

Especially on days like today, working with readers and contributors like you, we love this work.  We love Altadena.
