Spent an entertaining hour or so at the annual Altadena Community Garden BBQ this afternoon — really hot, but the lemonade flowed and good times did, too.

We're still having some problems loading a decent picture on YouTube, and we think we need to invest in a separate microphone for video interviews! Also used some Survivorman camera techniques as an experiment.
We'll put stills up a little later.

It was a GREAT event!…quite an incredible turnout of people from all walks of Altadena Life.
Food was really good, generous, and plentiful. Mike our supervisor Antonovich was there hobnobbing and having fun as well. The gardens are really a joy to behold with all the amazing food stuffs they are growing so very well.
Thanks Tim for putting that up on the website and getting the word out. IT WORKED!

Thanks for covering a fun event–it was a scorcher that day so it was even more impressive to see the huge turn out…what a nice Altadena event—just a correction it was at Loma Alta park, Charles White park is on Mountain View:)
