The annual Friends of the Altadena Library Book Sale will be held on Sat., May 16 from 10 AM-4 PM and on Sun., May 17, from 1-4 PM in the library parking lot and community room, 600 E. Mariposa Street, Altadena, CA 91001.  Recession pricing will be in effect.

Friends of the Library members only sale will be on Fri., May 15, 3-7 PM.

Staged and staffed by the Friends of the Altadena Library, gently-used hard and soft-cover books in all categories will be available at bargain prices.  Also for sale will be records, videos, CDs, music cassettes, and used library furniture.

Proceeds will be used for materials and programs for both the Main library and the Bob Lucas Branch Library and Literacy Center.
