Not sure how we feel about this — but the Center for Missing & Exploited Children has a Twitter feed.  Today they twittered this address on their website, seeking information on Tommy Bowman, who was missing in Altadena — in 1957, and in all likelihood was the victim of a serial killer, altho' we may never know for sure, of course (we had an earlier story here).  Interesting that, in some quarters, this is still a live case.
