Land Use committee look at presentations on Mariposa traffic, building conversion

The Altadena Town Council’s Land Use Committee will meet Tuesday, April 6, 2015, starting at 7 PM at the Altadena Community Center, 730 E. Altadena Drive.

On the docket: the committee is scheduled to decide on a project at 20 E. Mariposa.  Of more general interest, there will be a presentation from the County Department of Public Works regarding “a possible solution to traffic and parking volume on Mariposa from Lake to Fair Oaks.”

The committee is also scheduled to hear a presentation from Community Bible Church, 2124 Lincoln Avenue, which is looking for a zoning change to allow the conversion of a warehouse to a church in a commercial manufacturing zone.
