Assemblyman Chris Holden was the guest speaker at the Altadena Chamber of Commerce’s second “Power Breakfast,” held at the Altadena Town & Country Club on Sept. 16, 2014.About 30 people attended the breakfast, where Holden gave a rundown of legislation that affects business in California, including bills that give tax breaks to the aerospace and film production industries.
